About Online Recipe Converter
A precision tool for recipe math, not a recipe blog.
Online Recipe Converter was built for one problem: recipe math is tedious and most converters get it wrong. A flat "1 cup = 240 g" rule ignores that flour and butter don't weigh the same. A scaler that can't handle "3 to 4 eggs" breaks on half the recipes people actually cook from.
The site has five tools. The recipe scaler multiplies or divides an ingredient list and rounds to a fraction you can measure with. The unit converter looks up real density data per ingredient instead of using one multiplier for everything. The oven temperature converter switches between Fahrenheit, Celsius, and gas mark using the standardized UK gas mark table, not a formula. The recipe calorie counter calculates calories, protein, carbs, and fat per serving from the same per-ingredient data. The pan size guide shows cake pans at their true physical size once you calibrate it to your screen.
Every conversion runs in your browser. Nothing you paste is sent to a server, there's no account to create, and a converted recipe can be saved or shared as a link.
