Online Recipe Converter provides free browser-based tools for scaling recipes, converting ingredient measurements, and converting oven temperatures. Conversions are calculated from published density and temperature standards and are tested against common edge cases like quantity ranges and mixed fractions. That said, density can vary by brand, packing method, and ingredient freshness, so results are estimates. Use your judgment, especially for baking, where small measurement differences matter.
