04 / RECIPE CALORIE COUNTER

Recipe calorie counter

A recipe nutrition calculator built the same way as the unit converter: pick each ingredient from the list, enter the amount you actually used, and the calorie calculator for recipes does the rest. No guessing ingredient names from pasted text, since a misread ingredient would quietly throw off every number after it.

Works as a recipe macro calculator too: protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and sugar are calculated alongside calories, for the whole recipe and per serving.

How this recipe nutrition calculator works

Each ingredient's calories and macros are stored per 100 g. When you enter an amount in cups, tablespoons, or another volume unit, the tool first converts that to grams using the ingredient's real density, the same data used in theunit converter, then scales the nutrition numbers to that gram amount. A cup of flour and a cup of butter get different calorie counts because they weigh different amounts, not because of a flat per-cup estimate.

Values come from standard nutrition data and are estimates. Brand, ripeness, and exact preparation all shift the real number, so treat this as a nutritional information recipe calculator for planning, not a lab-verified label.
